Here’s a sneak peak of the upcoming 5/1/2017 episode 56 of Breaking Walls. It’s a behind the scenes look at the new Mummies exhibition at @amnh the American Museum of Natural History.
Many of these mummies have not been publicly exhibited since the Chicago World’s Fair of 1893.
In the full episode you’ll hear from Ellen V. Futter, President of the museum, Senior vice-president and Paleontology Curator Michael Novacek, and Curators and Mummies Co-creator David Hurst Thomas.
You’ll also go behind the scenes at the new exhibit as we shed light on new technologies that allow us to get closer to mummies, and try to answer where these mummy horror stories come from.
