Egypt raised and New York-based artist Loreen Adel's loose, unencumbered style with graphite allows her work to be either as simple or as complex as she wants it to be. She has a strong love for children's book illustration and it shows. I always appreciate when an artist allows his or her mood to take over the work being produced.. It often creates wonderful results.
