Brooklyn Back in the 1980s

"It's been a long time, I shouldn't have left you without a strong rhyme to step to. Think of how many weak shows you slept through. Time's up, I'm sorry I kept you." Brooklyn-based photographer Jamel Shabazz picked up a camera at age 15 and never looked back. Check out these photos he shot in Brooklyn in the 1980s which are now part of his series entitled "Back in the Days." The 1980s fashion style has come back in from time to time, but no one will ever look as good as these people. Just ask Amar'e Stoudemire.
