Take a look at these rare photos from the archives of Life Magazine from Martin Luther King Jr.'s 1963 civil rights march on Washington D.C. They're incredibly iconic and show a nation at a crossroads. I can think of only three times in the United States of America's history where our nation has been so divided: The period leading up to the Civil War, the period in which these photos of Dr. King were taken, and the period we're currently living in right now.
